◆High efficient and high fast, 12 kb-16 kb cDNA fragment can be obtained in 10 min-15 min.

◆Outstanding thermal stability.The best reaction temperature is 55 ℃, which greatly improves the reverse transcription efficiency and the tolerance to complex templates (high GC ratio or a large number of secondary structures), with better specificity and higher yield.
