Description 

H₂DCFDA is a useful fluorogenic reagent to detect reactive oxygen intermediates in cells. On oxidation, H₂DCFDA turns to 2’,7’- dichlorofluorescein with highly green fluorescent. 

Notes 

1. Prior to the start of the experiment, the product should be stored in high concentration and kept sealed. 

2. In the experiment, the product was added to simple physiological buffers such as preheated PBS, HBSS or HEPES, and the recommended working concentration was 1-10 mM.
