Description 

5(6)-FAM can be used as a pH sensor. The excitation spectrum of the dye responds to pH similarly to that of BCECF. Carboxyfluorescein can also be used as a tracer dye, which can be combined with proteins and nucleic acid biomacromolecules and is widely used in biological research. 5(6)-FAM is membrane-impermeant and can be loaded into cells by microinjection or scrape loading.

Notes 

1. There are quenching problems with fluorescent dyes. Please avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching.
