6 × DNA Loading Buffer is used for loading DNA Markers and sample on agarose or polyacrylamide gel. In the electrophoretic process, two indicators of Bromphenol blue and patent blue VF show that the migration direction of these two indicators was the same as that of nucleic acid, which is a rough indicator of electrophoretic process.
