Store at 4°C and protect from light. Before use, warm to room temperature, mix gently and avoid air bubbles.

Description 

The Antifade Mounting Medium is a unique, stable formula for preserving fluorescence，it cures overnight to form a hard seal, eliminating the need to seal the edges of the coverslip. The Antifade Mounting Medium is available with or without the blue fluorescent DNA dye DAPI for nuclear counterstaining.

Notes 

1. It is suggested that the Antifade Mounting Medium should be used to fixed and permeable cells or tissues. 

2. Antifade Mounting Medium may increase the background of some fluorescent dyes such as YF488. We recommend reducing the amount of this product. 

3. Antifade Mounting Medium may not be compatible with all fluorescent proteins or dyes or with certain tissue sections. We recommend using Antifade Mounting Medium on a test sample to ensure compatibility with tissue sections or with uncommon fluorochromes.
