Description 

PageRuler Prestained Protein Ladder （ 10-180kD ） is ready-to-use format for direct loading onto gels, no need to heat. It is a prestained mixture of ten proteins ranging from 10 kDa to 180 kDa for use as size standards in protein electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and western blotting. Three different chromophores are bound to the proteins, producing a brightly colored ladder. The protein ladder is conveniently packaged and ready to use with no heating, diluting or additional reducing agent necessary.
