Store at -20 ℃ for a long time, protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw. Short-term use can be stored at 4 ℃. When stored as directed, product is stable for at least 12 months.

Description 

6-ROX is a reference dye for qPCR. Compared to other rhodamine dyes, 6-ROX is very unstable. 6-ROX glycine has improved stability. 6-ROX glycine has similar spectral properties to 6-ROX. The 6-ROX dye is a 25 μM solution in 20 mM Tris (pH 8.4), 0.1 mM EDTA, and 0.01% Tween 20.

Notes 

1. In order to add 0.1 μL accurately for each reaction, it is recommended to dilute ROX with water before use, and then perform experimental protocol. 

2. There are quenching problems with fluorescent dyes. Please try to avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching.
